About Us
We are a Community Church located in Surrey, British Columbia and we strive to provide spiritual materials and resources to our neighbors. We proclaim the soon return of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ by sharing the Three Angels' Message of Revelation 14:6-12. We love, respect and obey our God, who's character is Love, Justice and Grace.
Our Mission
The Mission of the Surrey Seventh-day Adventist Church is to share the gospel of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ by providing dedicated services to our community that will help improve their lives Spiritually, Physically, Emotionally and Financially through prayers, Bible studies, Bible courses, seminars and devotions services.
Our Ministry
We believe that every member is a Minister of our Lord Jesus Christ and therefore by discovering, developing and utilizing our spiritual gifts God’s church will grow.
We become inspired to care for others because our lives have been enriched by the love, joy, peace and forgiveness of God.
About the Seventh-day Adventists
Adventists believe a Trinity of three persons--the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit--make up one God. They made salvation possible when Jesus, the Son, came to earth as a baby in Bethlehem and lived a sinless life in accordance with the Father's will. When Jesus was crucified for the sins of the people of the world and arose from the dead on the third day, victory was won for everyone.
When He returned to heaven following the resurrection, Jesus left the Holy Spirit to serve as our Comforter and Counselor. He promised to return to earth a second time to complete His plan of salvation and take His people to heaven. Adventists are among the believers who look forward to that day.
Adventists believe that God is concerned with the quality of human life, and that everything--the way we live, eat, speak, think, treat each other, and care for the world around us--is a part of His plan. Our families, our children, our jobs, our talents, our money, and our time are all important to Him.

Core Beliefs
We believe the Bible is the inspired Word of God and is profitable for correction, reproof, and instruction in righteousness (2Timothy 3:16) and that it reveals the almighty God.
We believe that Jesus is the eternal, self-existent God and is not a created being. Even though He is fully God, He took upon Himself the form of a man to live and die for our sins.
We believe that the penalty for man's sin was paid on the cross of Calvary in Jesus' death. "For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord." Romans 6:23. By believing on Jesus Christ and accepting the grace of His shed blood, we receive the gift of eternal life. "Not of works, lest any man should boast." Ephesians 2:9.
Because we love Jesus for His sacrificial death, we want to obey Him as he commands in John 14:15. We are not saved by our works; but, because we are saved, we choose to keep His commandments as the guide for successful living.
We believe that prophecy reveals Jesus is coming again very soon. Mathew 24:32-51.
